1. About the RacetopPrint Loyalty Program

1.1 Introduction

Welcome to the RacetopPrint Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “our,” “the Program,” or “Loyalty Program”). This program is designed to allow users to redeem rewards, participate in special events, and enjoy exclusive member-only benefits.

By joining, every purchase you make can help you level up and earn rewards. Membership indicates your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read and fully understand this policy before participating. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected] .

1.2 Eligibility

Membership requires a qualifying purchase. A qualifying purchase means: products purchased and successfully signed for through the RacetopPrint website using any of the available payment methods within the specified timeframe. Refunds, cancellations, and rejected orders are excluded.

Membership points are calculated only on the actual product amount of completed transactions. Shipping fees, taxes, applied discounts, and redeemed points are excluded.

1.3 Membership Qualifications

Membership is free of charge.

Membership is limited to the initial registered account only. Spending amounts and points cannot be transferred or shared.

RacetopPrint reserves the right to cancel any membership that violates these terms. Fraudulent or abusive activity will result in removal from the Program without prior notice.

Once terminated, all unused coupons and rewards associated with the account will be voided.

2. Membership Tiers

2.1 Overview

The RacetopPrint Loyalty Program consists of the following tiers:

Starter, Builder, Partner, Pro, Elite.

2.3 Tier Maintenance/Downgrade

Members must spend at least $99 or place at least 1 order within 365 days to maintain their current tier.

If no purchase is made within 365 days, membership will automatically downgrade by one level at the end of the validity period.

Continuous spending within the validity period may allow upgrades to higher tiers.

2.4 Tier Validity

Tier validity is calculated as 365 days from the date points are credited for the qualifying order.

2.5 Refunds/Returns

Refunded or returned purchases will trigger adjustments in both membership tier and points.

2.6 Point Calculation

Points are only based on actual completed product payments (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and point redemptions).

2.7 Exclusions

Orders consisting only of samples, price adjustments, or shipping fee supplements do not count toward purchase frequency.

3. Rewards

3.2 Points Accumulation

Discounted amounts (e.g., full reductions or point redemptions) are not included in point calculations. Special promotional events may have unique point rules, which will be announced accordingly.

3.3 Point Crediting

Points are credited within 24 hours after an order is completed.

3.4 Point Validity

Unless otherwise specified, points are valid for 365 days from the credit date. Expired points will be automatically cleared.

3.5 Deduction Rule

Points are deducted on a “first-to-expire, first-deducted” basis.

3.6 Point Redemption

100 points = $1. Points may be applied to offset up to 10% of the product value in a single order.

3.7 Voucher Redemption

Occasional events allow point-to-product redemption. Once redeemed, points cannot be reversed or refunded.

3.8 Birthday Month Privileges

Available to Partner tier and above.
Valid once every 365 days.
Eligible for double points on the first regular order (excluding samples) placed in your birthday month.
If the order is refunded or canceled, the benefit is voided.
Members must register their birthday information in advance. Changes are allowed only once every {365} days.

4. Member Day

Member Day is held on the 18th of each month (EST).
Benefits are subject to that month’s announced activity rules.
If your tier changes on Member Day, you will still enjoy benefits of your original tier for that day; the new tier will take effect from the following month.

5. Additional Details

5.1 Liability

If the Program cannot operate as planned (including due to fraud), RacetopPrint reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program. This may result in cancellation of rewards and privileges.

5.2 Communication

If terms or rewards change, RacetopPrint will notify you via email and other channels. By unsubscribing, you may miss important updates and will not be compensated.

5.3 Policy Revisions

We may revise these terms as needed to comply with regulations, maintain order, adjust the Program, or protect consumer rights. Updates will be announced via official channels.

5.4 Privacy

RacetopPrint is committed to protecting member privacy and personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

5.5 Other
